Euro Lottery, Euro Lotto Corporation ripoff Halifax Nova Scotia

I received what looks to be a very legit check for $1,965.50 and a well-designed letter telling me that I had won $63,034 in the Euro International Lotteries Programs. The check is so well designed that it even came with anti-fraud security features (how ironic) The letter states that the check is meant to pay the taxes and clearance fees for the $63,000 prize. I called the agent whose number was on the bottom of the letter (Peter Howard)who spoke with a very surpressed Nigerian accent, and he advised me to either deposit or cash the check and to send a portion of it back to them through Western Union...$1,671 to be exact. When the money is sent, I should call back a certain Charles Kingston to give him the reference number of the transaction. Within 7-10 days, I should receive the money...NOT. The check looked legitimate and had a company name of OMDUSA, Inc. which is a true Company. However, the area code of the telephone number on the check is 613 which is out of Ontario Canada. The creators of this check even used the proper address of OMDUSA, Inc. I did a reverse number search online and discovered that the two numbers on the check are cell numbers out of Canada. These guys need to be stopped.
