Europa Online Cars of North East Buyer Beware and Run as fast as you can Feasterville - Trevose Pennsylvania

The online pictures made the vehicle look very nice.  Price was fair if the vehicle was in the condition that the pictures and description said it was.  Called Dave and talked to him about the condition in greater detail.  In the end, I don't believe a word dealer says.  

I hired an inspection service to go and check it over.  I have used this type of service in the past, with good results.  This time I hired a company called CarChex.  They scheduled an inspector by the name of Charlie to do the inspection.  A couple of days later, I got the inspection report back and the results showed that the vehicle was in excellent condition.  I called Charlie and got more detail about the vehicle.  He just couldn't say enough good about it.  He said he has been buying and selling vehicles for more than 20 years and has not seen this type of vehicle that look this good in at least 10 years.  The only thing he could find wrong with the vehicle was that it needed new wiper refills.

Thinking that I had found the pot of gold, I called Dave at Europa Online to make a deal.  This time he was much less willing to talk price, but with the inspection report I still felt like I was getting a good deal.

The vehicle arrived about 2 weeks later.  It took about a half a day to figure out if it was the same vehicle.  From about 30 feet it looked like the one in the pictures, but up close was a different story.  Paint was scratched and chipped.  Some of the chips were repaired with a color not matching the color of the vehicle.  tires which were supposed to be like new, had signs of dry rot.  One of the wheels had a repair done to it.  

The vehicle is at a shop getting repairs done to it.  Right now I am at about $6000.00 to get it to the point where it is usable and that doen't include a paint job or tires.

I don't know why the inspector came back with a report which was so eggaerated, but my advice is stay away from Europa Online.  They are very good at making the vehicle look better than it really is.
