Ordered 100009070 on May 3, 2012, Metallic Mounting Frame - European Plate Holder Great Britain European License Plate - Euro Flag Style - Custom made to order metal show plate.

I've been waiting on order for nearly 4 months with absolute silence from this company. Their website claims 2-4 weeks not 2-4 months.  They do not accept phone calls nor do they answer repeated inquiries at either of their supposed emails: questions@europeanplates.com or information@europeanplates.com

I will be reversing charges with my credit card. If a merchant/company is backlogged they should just say so and allow an option for cancellation or at least update their customers on the status, it would go a long way.

Europeanplates.com European Group LLC I ordered a plain front plate for my Audi TT on Octobe 5, 2010 and to this day I have not received my plate, even though the company says they have a 2-4 week window. Its been well over 4 weeks for my Seattle, Washington
