BEWARE OF EUROSOURCE AUTO - ADRIAN LEVISCU - LAVONIA, GEORGIA!

He is in forums near you, Ebay, etc... This guy is a lazy, no good, scamming piece of thieving garbage.

I ordered some auto body parts and interior stuff from a VW Golf Anniversary Edition. At first he was pleasant and easy to work with.

It took ADRIAN LEVISCU forever to deliver these parts. I called time and time again and the thing that pissed me off the most was that he seemed so concerned, so cool about it all. "Not to worry, i'm sorry" was his method to all his madness. First, he said that USPS didn't send them out, something to the effect that the postage wasn't paid so they sat there for a few days and some of the parts were MIA. Total BS story, but i did my best to keep my cool so that I would receive my items. Then he said he had no choice but to send it out via UPS ( canada's worst nightmare ) because Fed Ex was 150 miles away....Again, I agreed, taking his method of madness into consideration, so not to anger or upset him, on the notion that I would receive a $100 US credit for additional costs ( UPS brokerage ). It took him a week to do that for god's sake...

So 20 calls, 3 weeks, angry choice words and a $130 brokerage fee later, I get these beat up old body parts, but many of my interior items were missing rendering my almunim trim set useless. Get this.... They were wrapped in FEDEX bags, the smaller parts were in Fed Ex bags too.... 150 miles away he said. Unbelievable...

So now I have a dispute filed with my CC company and the money has been lifted from my credit card effective the minute I disputed it and he is ripping mad about it.

He is currently on a forum where others have had the same misfortune of being ripped off by this guy. He openly admits to being a thief too! Though he has openly told me that he owes me nothing, when we both know he does.

These are the links to prove what this guy is all about. He admits to being a thief in the first link ( he ripped off a guy that goes by the name RAM ). Mr denial at its finest. You will find his words, my words and a whole lot of bickering, but the truth of the matter is that he ripped me off and I am miserable about it. We are talking $1000 + here.

Adrian of Eurosource Auto in Lavonia, Georgia is actually a stand up guy. He delivered on the missing parts and added an additional part worth about $100 used. How bout that?

I just wanted to update everyone and to also apologize for wearing my heart on my sleeve when I should have been focussed a lil more on the facts and much less on the nonsense that can sometimes get the better of a person in the midst of an overwhelming situation. Sometimes it is hard to see things for what they really are when you are running low on patience and high on frustration. For this I am sorry Adrian. I would hate to have to think that I could be the reason this guy's hard earned business went to hell on account of one misunderstanding.

Bottom line, I will personally state that I feel I have overreacted. Adrian is not a bad guy afterall. He even sent me something as a gift for my troubles and advised me that if I needed a part for my car at a later date that he would help me out. Don't I feel like a schmuck.

The moral of the story? Remember that there is a person at the end of every conversation. There are some thieves out and amongst us, no doubt about it, so it is hard to think positive when we are surrounded by negative thoughts and such amongst negative circumstances, but my 2 cents would be to really have a look from the outside in to get a better understanding of the real intentions behind things... Not everyone is out to get ya. In this case, anyway.

Spoke with Adrian about 20 minutes ago.

He indirectly advised me that he was concerned with what all this could potentially create for his business and that he wanted the "smack" talk to stop. I advised him it would all stop if and when I received my parts. I asked him if a couple of parts owed to me would really set him that far back and that if this was really worth all the aggravation for him. A couple of parts, a tracking # and an end to all this is the solution.

Though I was annoyed with him only concerned with himself, I advised him to make me happy and I could delete a lot of what has been said and done. I offered to delete some things and modify others in an attempt to simply compromise and get the missing parts that he is obligated to provide me with as per our original agreement of purchase and sale. I even sent him something in writing promising to put an end to this if he followed through with his promise to deliver the missing parts.

I am awaiting his response. I am hoping this time around that he will follow through and we can put all this behind us.

Aug 8, 2008. 930AM

I called Adrian of Eurosource Auto and asked him if he had sent the parts. He said, "no." I proceeded to ask him why and he advised me that he was awaiting a car ( VW 20th AE ) and that he had a damaged flap but didn't want to send that to me. He also advised me that the car woul dbe there today sometime.

Ok, i'm not going to think too deeply into this, but where have I heard this before?

I really hope he follows through for his sake as my CC company has allowed him to rebill my CC and he has done so. I will give him 7 - 10 days to send me out these parts and provide me with tracking info. If it is not done, I will proceed with writing a letter to my CC company advising them of my missing parts, of our conversations and I will forward all relevant documentation to support these findings and follow through with another dispute. This can go on forever for all I care. I paid for these parts and I demand that I receive them. I attempted to be negotiable in order to come to terms with some sort of solution, but the door was shut.

On July 30, 2008 @ approximately 1030 AM, I contacted Adrian and he finally answered the phone. I advised him that I would take care of things on my end if he would simply send me 2 parts of the missing parts as I was so bitter about everything I had a buyer to take this trim out of the scene for good. I told him I would be fine with him sending me the cupholder flap and door pins, to not worry about the rest, as the buyer was not interested in any of the other missing parts. I was willing to work with him. Now as a result of his inefficiency and/or unreliability, I have lost a potential buyer and am once again stuck with an incomplete VW 20th Anniversary Edition aluminum interior trim set.

He told me to email him my name and address and that he would ship the missing parts out. I have yet to see the parts in the mail.

Here we are, Thurs. Aug 7, 9 days later and no sign of anything. He has once again shown that he cannot follow through with his promises. He has shown again what kind of person he is. He has shown again that he cannot be trusted and that he is bad for business.

I have tried time and time again to find a remedy and have been shot down each and very time by his unwillingness to make things right.

Can anyone help me?

Yes, I will openly admit that my son used my account and indeed stood up for his dad. He went about it in a sneaky way, that is for sure, but he is also a 14 year old boy who doesn't know any better and has no idea what an IP address is. That being said, I do know that such things can easily be detected, so save your BS here. My career is based on computer technology. Believe me when I tell you this, if I wanted to include someone and make a game of a serious situation, I could ask friends to do so from their own computers. I certainly wouldn't do it from my own. This isn't what this is all about. This is between you and I Adrian. This is very serious.

Ok, I will agree that I have lost my head at times and have gone a lil overboard making things a lil difficult, but can ya blame me? Man, yopumade RAM wait 8 months before sending his parts to him! You have no idea what it is like dealing with you and your procrastinating ways, whether it is thievery or plain stupidity, it doesn't matter. We had talked on a personal level, you told me you would take care of me. I even offered you business, sent you more business. I had no idea that this would ever happen between you and I.

Here is the deal. Lets end the nonsense factor involved here. Enough is enough of theis childish aspect. We either sit down on the phone and discuss our options, or I proceed to the next step via contacting media in your area and possible litigation.

It's real easy, talk to me, we have talked many times. A few parts sent out, I call my CC company, you charge my card and we go on with our lives. I will see to it that the nonsense factor will be forever erased online, the only thing that will remain is that you and I had a disagreement, a miscommunication, but we settled it. You can fix your rep right here, right now, or you can let things escalate. Over a few parts.

We can fix things or we can wreck everything. Let me know what you want to do.

We have seen on the audiworld forum how you opened several screen names and did exactly what you are accusing me of doing. The site suspended your account (documented as well). Unfortunatly I take this seriously and am here to restore customer confidence, not play games.

Neither myself nor my company have any association with the consumer who posted a suggestion to you. So, if you would like to focus on the true issue at hand and not speculations which you state as facts than maybe people would be more willing to listen to your story.

I invite him to fight and I invite him to right what has been wronged. Either way, it makes no difference.

Making my life a living hell? He has already achieved that by stealing my money and not delivering on the parts I purchased. It sucks to be on the receiving end, he now has some idea of how it feels.

Here's a lil advice Adrian Leviscu of Eurosource Auto....

Don't get your friends to file ridiculous rebuttals. No rational person / consumer would side with a seller who has blatantly admitted to deceiving his other customers. Though you do not admit so with me as I have creaqted far too much trouble for you, you are open about scamming RAM on www.audiworld.com. This will only escalate. In the end, it will be you, your company, based solely on the facts of our transaction. The truth can hurt someone far worse than anything else.

Those are the facts. So I invite you to work with me or work against me. Send me my parts, before I hand your a*s to you in a court of law.

Wow... this is great.. anyone else???? The only person I have wronged is RAM. I admit to this and I will take any thrashing from him that he feels I deserve.

But Chris (extremefeats), you have no grounds for your comments and you recieved everything that you paid for. If you would have even a small amount of product knowledge you would not feel like I scammed you... The parts you feel are missing DO NOT EXIST!!! VW never made aluminum vents which you claim are OEM and were missing from your order. Also, the "crap" parts you recieved were in good used condition.

As far as what forms of paymet I recieve... that is my desicion and not yours or anyone elses.. if you have a problem with the types of payments we accept then you dont have to buy from us.

I invite him to fight and I invite him to right what has been wronged. Either way, it makes no difference.

Making my life a living hell? He has already achieved that by stealing my money and not delivering on the parts I purchased. It sucks to be on the receiving end, he now has some idea of how it feels.

Here's a lil advice Adrian Leviscu of Eurosource Auto....

Don't get your friends to file ridiculous rebuttals. No rational person / consumer would side with a seller who has blatantly admitted to deceiving his other customers. Though you do not admit so with me as I have creaqted far too much trouble for you, you are open about scamming RAM on www.audiworld.com. This will only escalate. In the end, it will be you, your company, based solely on the facts of our transaction. The truth can hurt someone far worse than anything else.

Those are the facts. So I invite you to work with me or work against me. Send me my parts, before I hand your a** to you in a court of law.

There is nothing aftermarket about the parts that were not shipped. Door pins, cup holder flap, shifter ensemble ( with aluminum base ), etc...Without the missing parts, what I have is rendered useless. The authorization form I filled out and faxed to you stated that I was to receive ALL interior aluminum parts. Again, the parts that are missing are indeed OEM.

I have made attempts to rectify the problem with Adrian and he has not returned any of my calls. Instead, he wants to play the 5 year old he blatantly told me I was behaving like.

It's a lil thing called "currency conversion." That is why he was billed more than the original amount. It doesn't feel nice when your money is taken from you, does it Adrian? Now you have an idea of how I might feel, how RAM off of audiworld forums might feel and the other ones you tried to sucker in.... I am not the only one you have done this to. No mention of that in your rebuttal, ofcourse.

The message is clear. Give me the parts listed above or my next step is to contact the consumer editor of the local newspaper in your area and I will follow up with litigation ( if my CC company manages to lose this fight )....

Stop trying to turn this around on me. We have already established that you are the thief here, not me and I have links to prove this. I have your own post stating that you have wronged someone. RIPPED THEM OFF! Other people talking the same smack about you! Are they thieves too? Would you create a lousy rebuttal on them if they were to join me in this fight? Think clearly and be careful what you say....

If you do not make me happy, I will make you just as unhappy. I will stop at nothing to right what has been wronged, even if it means spending more of my hard earned honest money. Some things are worth fighting for, especially if it will put an end to your thieving / lying ways.

I think you might want to start thinking about ways of rectifying this because it is only going to escalate from this point forward. Again, you have so much more to lose than I do, so it might be in your best interest to fix this. I promise you that I will not go away. I promise you that I will make sure that you do not do this to anyone again. I promise you that I will spread the truth about you in regard to what you have done to me....I promise you that this will not end until I receive waht i paid for. ROund 1 or round 10, this fight is on....

SELLERS BEWARE, recieved all parts (documented including delivery sig.) then he proceeds to file chargeback on CC for more than original amount!

We have attempted to help this customer understand that the parts he feels are missing do not exist. Customer claims we did not send him several aluminum parts which he "knows" are made by VW and should have been included in his shipment. The parts he described are aftermarket and not manufactured by VW therefore we would not have them for sale (we sell OEM parts). He claims to have knowledge that they are made by VW based on what his "friend told him". We recommended he contact his local VW dealer and ask about the availability of the parts he claims are missing. Customer stated he doesn't belive me and that I am liying to him.

On 05-29-08 we issued a $100 refund (which he doesn't mention to his cc company when he filed the chargeback, or anyone else for that matter) for his inconvenience of having to pay duties for import. We did this to show that we do care about his situation even though he was aware of his responsability as far as any fees related to the import of his items. He signed our authorization form which clearly states this one line above the sig. line.

The customer's alligations are fraudulant and not accurate. He recieved his parts and now he wants our money as well. The money was removed from our account (as is the proccedure and placed back into his account while the rebuttal process takes place). He continues to state that we ripped him off even though he has our parts and the money( more money than he paid b/c the chargeback amount was higher than the transaction amount and he never mentioned the $100 refund)
This is fraud!! We have proof of shipment(3 large boxes), proof of signature when delivered, and proof of $100 refund. This would indicate that his statement of being ripped off, "We are talking $1000 + here." is totally false!

Also, as you can see he is not shy to throw around rude, irrelevant, and derogatory comments even profanity!! So, needless to say it was not easy to work with him.

We are here to provide VW & Audi owners with quality used parts at a great price. We have established a very good reputation in communities such as Ebay (where we are powersellers and have recieved over 100+ positive feedback in the last year alone).
