I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and I have been performing Broker Price Opinion Valuations for this company since October 2009 and currently I have completed 8 valuation reports and this company will not pay me. They currently owe me $500.00 and when I finally do get someone on the phone all they tell me is that my payment is in the mail.
