Add me to the list of agents who haven't been paid by this company.  It's outrageous that Evaluation Solutions gets paid by the lender that orders the BPO a nice fee, gets us to do the ground work and the legwork, and they refuse to pay us.  We are a large group of real estate agents fed up with the illegitimate practices of Evaluation Solutions and are contemplating a class-action suit.  I have also personally reported Evaluation Solutions to the Florida Attorney General's office.
