Evaluation Solutions Valuation Partners Contacted Me with Orders for Work as an Independent Contractor; Received No Payment & No Response. Internet

I performed six comparative market analyses (also known as broker price opinions) for this company.  I was quoted a total of $335 in payment for them.

The reports were completed between the beginning of June and the end of August, 2010.

I have received no payment, despite many attempts by email and phone messages to contact them.  No one ever answers their phone, but once in a while I receive what appears to be an auto reply by email stating that my request has been forwarded and is in process.

Their web site is still operational, but their Accounts Payable number is disconnected.
