Jim. as I have made it clear I can not give you your money back because my creatives were paid for a job that they did. They went above and beyond the scope of work. The truth is that it has been over 2 years later and your spa still has not opened. Best of luck. I am working on 2 apps at the moment. A bully app and an app for apartments.( Which I have many happy customers.)
Other they paying you money, I wish there was another way I could help you.

Evan Savar rebutted my report and said to contact him but only responded by texting, "I'm never paying you a dime" and "we could have worked this out but you ruined your chance by posting the comment on ripoffreport". I had called and emailed Evan Savar dozens of times to make things right but he just appoligized and said I wasted his time. I have a judgment in Vegas against Evan for breach of contract and will now attempt to collect. Please message me if you have any information about this guy as he jumps around alot from company to company.

Jim, I was hired to manage the design, marketing and branding of your new weight loss spa you were suppose to open a while back. I feel strongly we fulfilled our commitment to you.
The designers who you paid went above and beyond to create multiple names, logos, business materials and a website as we mutually agreed to. I still have all the files along with hours of conversations. I'm sorry we were not able to meet your design expectations. However at a certain point i have an obligation to make sure my creatives are justly compensated.
i love creating or helping people launch businesses. Many people come to me for guidance, knowledge, motivation or investment. i enjoy telling my inner circle about the people and projects i come in contact with as a way to move those things forward. I have worked with lots of investors over the year and hold ongoing positive relationships with 100 percent of them.
You have my email and my phone number if you want to contact me.

Evan Savar scammed us

Evan Savar took our money for promotional services and ran. What Savar did present was of low quality and we had to start over from scratch after waiting on a simple, 8-page website for 2.5 MONTHS! Yes it was extremely late and Savar kept promising, "just another day or two". Evan Savar then asked me to invest in some mobile apps and said he had just sold his company, Evinar for hundreds of thousands. One of the apps he showed me looked pretty cool, and when I asked how much he needed he replied, "$10,000". Why would Savar need $10,000 if he just sold his company for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Try a professional company instead of Evan Savar. Evan Savar blamed everything on some guy named Chris Sevilleja and "the company", who allegidly was to be creating the product Savar promised. I guess I should have known not to pay Savar until the products were delivered but got a really good feeling about him over the phone. He's like a really good used car salesman and then BAM, our money was gone and so was Evan Savar. We want to think there are some honest people in the world that can be trusted but this experience cost us a lot of money and time. Be very careful. Do not pay this guy or Chris Sevilleja without seeing the finished product first.
I filed a claim against Evan Savar and will let the judge sort it out. Will update everyone when I get the verdict.
