Everest University Zenith Education Group Regarding a stipend check from my student loan. But when I've checked it was debited out instead of crediting it. San Ana CA

 Changed my status on my student loan, such as if my student loans was too much for that academic year then the school would issue out a stipend check to me. But when I've checked my school account I'd saw that it was debit which was reflecting my account as a negative, such as an expense like my tuition cost. So I went and ask my finance planner and the guy had given me a complete run around, a complete opposite from what I've seen happened after I spoke with him the first when he had convinced me to change the status of my student loan. It's an online class that I'm currently taking, and the university name is Everest, own by Zenith Education Group.
