They didn't apply any of my $7,000 deposit to my lease. I was told that it included the security deposit, first month's payment and covered taxes licensing fees...Only to later find they didn't

apply ANY of it toward my lease, resulting in the vehicle being repossessed in the middle of the night on January 18th.

It seems as if you are leaving out a lot of details. First off $7,000 for a "Down Payment" on a (F)lease? You could BUY a car for that price.

What date did you lease the car? What did the paperwork state about your payments? Did you make any payments?  As it is very unlikely that you woke up one morning with your car gone and having no idea there were any issues. I would bet that they tried to contact you. What are you leaving out?
