ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company is a company that does not value their vendors. Actually, they do NOT pay their vendors for service that they utilized! All they want to do is cheat other companies out paying their freight bills.
The owner, Yee “Vincent” Chiu and his wife Sim Chiu, do not care who they bankrupt in their course of doing business. We have been a vendor of theirs for a short period of time however before starting to do business with ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company, Yee “VINCENT Chiu gave us his word they would pay their bills on time.
Due to the VERY poor credit rating that ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company has we asked for ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company to sign an ACH, allowing us to debit their account in case of non-payment. Instead, ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company closed their bank account. What a scam company!
Not only did he NOT pay them on time but he did not pay them at all! Well, another empty promise from another “Dead Beat Debtor” ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company. We have been very patient in working with Vincent Chiu to recoup the $4,548.25 in moneys owed to us for service rendered.
All we get from him is “I do not pay my bills!”. Well, I hope that Yee “Vincent” Chiu now understand that we are not about empty threats. We do not have to threaten people, we just want the $4,548.25 that they owe us.
ERC Plastic Scrap Recovery / ERC Management Company also has several complaints against them for how bad their payment history is with that company! So, please buyer beware of this company. If you feel the same way then you need to pass this along your writing a review for yourself!
