After purchasing what i thought were the best bronze 1" sprinkler valves (14) and spending over $5000.00 with this company. One of these Rainbird valves continually stuck on, washing away soil in my newly landscaped yard. The other 13 valves worked perfectly. In trying to exchange this one valve, the store manager Greg refused to honor the warranty, he stated no good reason to refuse except that he seemed upset by the return. In refusing to warranty the valve my landscape contractor is looking for another supplier. Imagine losing a contractor that spends appx $100,000. per year for the price of a $104.00 valve. Bad managment to say the least.

Ewing Irrigation does accept warranty returns when the product manufacturers warranty requirements are met. The product must be under warranty, not damaged, and accompanied by proper documentation (e.g. an original invoice). While the product referenced in this claim was still under warranty, the product itself had been damaged beyond repair prior to the attempted return, thus voiding the manufacturers warranty and rendering the item ineligible for return.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers, and work diligently to address service disruptions quickly, amicably and fairly. Ewing also offers a $20 Service Guarantee coupon if we fail to meet
a customers expectations.
