Was promised CDs for sharepoint 2013 admin, configuration, solutions, and development exams. I told them do not send me anything without documenting in writing that I would get a automatic upgrade when the soforward becomes available.

I got ONLY the CD for the sharepoint 2010 config with no promise for an upgrade.
