Excalibur Mediation Group LLC refused to give me her name Quite possibly the most unprofessional, degrading interaction from any SCAMMER Atlanta Georgia

As I was waiting on a service technician on Saturday, my phone rang with a PA number "McVeytown, PA"  So I answered the lady asked me a couple of questons and then said "please hold"  Next I am transferred to another lady and she starts in asking questions about birthdate and SSN finally I ask "what is this regarding?"  "Sir, you have a capital one account that you  quit paying on from 2009 and I am calling to collect a payment before we have you served with papers for court."  WAIT, WHAT!  She continues with "oh I know all about you, I have it all right here in front of me. You spent this money now you have to pay it back."  Then she rattled off an address that got me rattled.  I said "Ma'am that is not my address nor has it ever been my address"  YOUR A LIAR!  is the next words I heard. 

I explained that my father and I have the same name except for the middle initial.  "No this is you  Your lying and I am going to make sure you pay."  (I didn't explain to her but i'm from a town of 400 people in backwoods Kentucky. let's just say I have been on my own since 17 and put myself through college and never been back there. so I know there is no way I would have used my father's address.)   When she realized I was not going to make a payment she said '"fine, i'm marking you a refusal to pay be prepared for the court papers to be served Monday.  This is an emotion free job so I don't care if you go to jail or not." and hung up.

I am working on getting my credit straightened out and I am working with the agency the c.c. is listed on my credit report.  I called her back to let her know that I have a payment plan that is in good standing.,  She asked "well who is it with?"  I told her "how much are you paying?  I told her that was between me and the credit agency. and I asked "i'm sorry what was your name?"  She replied "well you and recovery associates (no clue who that is ) better lawyer up and you will see my name in court."  And again, hung-up.

Upon investigation it appears this company has a long line of FTC troubles and even changed their name from Evolution Mediation.  The website is very sketchy and doesn't even have the name of the company.  I was called again today, and they left a message saying I need to call back because it's urgent.  I've had about all their urgency I am going to listen get yelled in my ear..
