I've lived at 3153 W. Avondale Dr. for 3 years at which time my payment with Xcel was at good standing. I've always tried to pay my bills on time, was never charged a late fee and electricity was never shut off. Xcel sent an unpaid balance of $642.17 to Paul Nolan (Debt collector). I have always paid my bills online through the paperless system and I have every months payment for the last 3 years to prove it.
