Excel Fleet Service - overcharged me and did not complete service repairs West Palm Beach Florida

I will share my honest thoughts and experience that ended in the worst treatment on many different levels that I will describe using adjectives about this company and it starts from the top.As customer you think a business owner would stand behind what matters most?customer satisfaction? Well a far cry from the nightmare of hell I’ve endured with the office manger Melissa Cerbone Thiessen.

The division of corporations sun biz lists Sophia M Banks what I believe is the most corrupt business entity that is spineless and will lie through her teeth to make sure she her deceptive company its entities like her she employs the same type of characters just as I dealt with while I hired this band of thieves to present what I know now as an illusion of deception and incompetency and flagrant disrespect from the so called office manager Melissa Cerbone Thiessen to Sophia Banks new business partner Rick Singleton I was overcharged,lied to by Melissa ,then Sophia and then told by Rick that oh Chris Melissa is the past of Excel,she chased away and misled a lot of our customers don’t worry we will make good on the final parts for your Rv Ge Air Unit.

Then told have Sophia Banks reconfirm Rick’s used car salesman persona and in the end getting cursed at by him because he Rick led by the master mind Sophia and their Coddled office manager whom Sophia stated is a thief Chris your will be taken care of we stand by our work in the end allegedly Melissa had a back log of complaints and as Sophia told me she once again caught Melissa (running up company credit charges on Apples website and yet as my parts sat since February 5th 2024 to February 7th delivered from Meyer distribution E commerce company that would have completed my $2240 advance payment to Excel instead I get a text from Melissa Cerbone Thiessen on February 7th”Chris I quit excel today”meanwhile for the record she quit a week earlier too apparently her and Sophia’s new business partner Rick Singleton bumped heads and Melissa said “ Feb 7th 2024 quit excel today Chris sorry about your Rv,you better go get it off the lit before Sophia puts a mechanics lien on it-Sophia’s got a new partner (Rick’s)& I will NOT BE DISRESPECTED BY HIM,(BY NOBODY)!.

You think Melissa would have called me to say on February 5th 2024 “Chris the parts that grew legs your ac parts panel board junction box and thermostat”arrived nope instead she’s calling me to get my Rv off the lot or else.After all is said and done Wires dangle from the back bedroom of my Rv,Melissa cursed me to hell and back because of her web of lies and drama and padding her bossss credit proved to be the catalyst of what I’m dealing with now an inoperable RV.I filed a lawsuit after Sophia Banks and Her new partner Rick accused me of having an under minded scheme really just the last episode to lead me on way that their false promises to fix what Sophia’s incompetent Office Manager who might I add after.

I contacted Sophia about the mechanics lean the next day and then onward for months on end cursed me like hell hath no fury stating I was a liar and her so called drug dealer and on top of that I ruined her life and I was receiving threats from Melissa God help me if her son Anthony sees me again,and another text when I see you again I will punch you in your throat”.Yet Melissa after all I the money I spent with this deplorable outfit told the mediator at West Palm Beach Courthouse that the $2240.00 I paid in advance over 6 months for the General Electric 15k BTU A/C -Are you sitting get this Melissa Cerbone Thiessen says that money she defrauded me by giving me what I asked for was Excel Zelle account,she gives me a fake Zelle account and tells the mediator in court today that was Money I owed her on a loan because she paid my bills each month”

-And then Here comes Rick Singleton unprofessional vulgar onslaught of profanity fits the description of his biker mentality as he says “I don’t give a four letter word not “the word free” by the way I don’t give a Phuk who you call or file suit,you new d**n well that Zelle account was not the company’s account you had an undermineded deal set up with Melissa.I told you d**n well not to take your rig off the lot”!!! Far from a deal more like Camping World offers this installation for $1500 no deal for me.I paid $2240.00 that was$740 more than Camping Worlds quote and Rick Singelton sees what deal (I see overcharged m,breach of contract,conversion,fraud, no sweet heart deal for Chris who spent overall $11,000.00 with this outfit called Excel Fleet Sevice,and I provided my invoices to the mediation court Today Sophia Banks who is listed under Excel Palm Beaxh LLC Division of corporations the one in charge-says to the court mediator after she was asked would you or Melissa on behalf of Excel like to resolve and settle this with Chris today”Sophia Banks says no and I will telll you what I have to write a report to division of motor vehicles each month with each vehicle we service and the amount paid and I have no record that Chris paid the $6128.00.My response so on November 15th 2022 when Melissa Cerbone Thiessen called my sister Jacquelyn in California and said yes I need to collect payment of $6128.68 for tuning up Chris Rv

-after speaking to Melissa I watched Melissa type in my the Bank of America Visa card and charge $6128.68 that mid November 2022 and my significant Jennifer present that evening watched as Melissa Cerbone-Theissen dialed in that Visa card paid by the Executor of our Mothers Estate Of Carol Eaton,who wanted to travel in a class A motorhome.Never did get that opportunity.Retired nurse my Mother loved helping people get well.In honor of her memory I purchased my Monaco Monarch Rv 34 Pbd to have a con artist office manager defraud me,speak to me in the most foul,degrading disrespectful fashion after I entrusted this deplorable outfit to fix my place I was to call my home.Shame on all of you Melissa Cerbone Thiessen,Sophia M Banks,Rick Singleton Anthony Cuozzo Melissa Cerbone’s son who when you asked him a question about the status of work he’s overseeing under his mother Melissa Cerbone-Thiessen looked at me and just walked passed me or couldn’t answer a simple question

Anthony is my the Air conditioning system Ducted or Non Ducted in my Rv.Never got a response on that question as he sat looking at me from his desk chair and looked at me like can you get out of my offfice.Red flags were there and what truly is amazing is I’m being accused by Melissa of being her drug dealer and yet my father a retired from Law Enforcement after 25 years my Mother a nurse and me inspired by my parents enlist in the Navy and serve our country on a guided missile destroyer have two underway deployments on my service record with a year at sea not to mention an Honorable Discahrge from The US Navy-and this outfit excel fleet service or Excel Palm Beach LLC the fleet I served taught corp values Honor,Courage and Commitment. The complaints new and old on excel reflect the same customer results overcharged,repair didn’t go well had to bring my rig back.

I was told by Melissa that Cummins covered this under warranty so why did she charge me so excel gets paid twice as Melissa hangs up the phone when she says well how will I know when Excel gets the warranty check from Cummins Melissa just hangs up typical of her as when I called for an update on my Rv I got an email from her in bold letters instead of returning my call with a simple update.Rick has sure gone off on a few customers as well one gentleman was not supposed to be charged after bringing his Rv back because of Excel not properly fixing his motorhome and yet again customer said Rick Singleton gone off and blew his stack off at me in the end once again Rick’s unprofessional attitude yielded a negative review by a customer who will never use their deplorable outfit and yet again how does this incompetent, unprofessional deplorable company.
