We received an invoice for $499 dated Feb. 28, 2006 on March 15, 2006 with "Advertising" as the description. We knew we did not advertise with anyone recently so a red flag went up. We decided to look up Excel Media on the internet and found the Rip-off Report.

This company is a fraud and a scam. The police in Plattsburg must be notified. They're trying to rip-off small businesses.

Do Not Pay them!!!

I have been receiving several rip offs from the same type of business. One happens to be at almost the same address 334 Cornelia Street, Ste. 514, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Name Better Global Business Communication. I refuse to talk to anyone on the phone to update my business information. I have learned that if information is updated the next thing you know you receive an invoice in the mail for a worthless product.

Do not pay them and hang up on them.
