found an unauthorized use of my atm for an $1000 i reported to excella they gave me papers to fill out for the disbute i faxed it back to them 10 days after i get an letter from them stated they closed my case.

They never give me the reason why i feel they never investgate it they had the location where the unauthorized use ocurred during the the time i was at work with my card in my possession. Only place i deal with is pay o matic and i think someone working there is an theft.
