my sister ordered samples paid for them 1 week later she is charged 80 bucks. website was gone no info on emails that were sent to her. she had to go to facebook activity to find original add to track this down, if you want forskolin, go to walmart its 15 bucks. will go to bank tommorrow to try and cancle the withdrawel

My sister lost the complaint with bank, and they took her money again. theese terms ared from the same company but a different product axact same terms. By placing your order today you'll be shipped a 30 day supply of Overall Health (you just pay $4.95 S&H) (shipping via USPS). Rush shipping is an option available to expedite the shipping process for $12.99. If Rush shipping is selected, you will be charged $12.99 instead of the normal shipping price of $4.95.
If you feel Overall Health is not for you, cancel within 18 days (14 day evaluation + 4 day shipping) (shipping via USPS) from the day you order to avoid being billed, on day 19, the purchase fee of $79.97 per item and enrollment in the auto-shipment program, which sends you a fresh supply of Overall Health every 30 days, starting 30 days after your evaluation period starts, at the low price of $79.97 + $4.95 S&H per item (shipping via USPS) totaling $84.92.
By ordering you agree that you will be billed $79.97 S&H (shipping via USPS) and $79.97 after your evaluation. My sister recieved the item on 1-2-19 she was charged the additional fees on 1-5-19. more deatails she ordered the product on december 22 was not shipped untill december 27. it arrived on jan.2 2019. she was billed on jan 5, 2019 that was 10 days shipping + 3 days evaluation. even if she did miss the details they were in breach by taking 10 days to get product to her.
sounds like a real scam. bottom line is this if she cannot find a lawyer to go after simple jack enterprises she is out 80bucks + the original 12.95. there are many complaints on ripp off report but they are hard to find due to the fact the company changes the links often. overall heath today does not even show forskolin. If anyone has won against this company please send info in rebuttle.

1459423 and 1458508 were very close to our situation. both charged exactly the same trial charge the first one is most likly the same company. this company makes it very hard to trace back to company name.
