We entered into Excess Debt to get ourselves out of debt. They said they would stop all the phone calls from our creditors, and in 3 years we would be debt free. 9 months later they have done nothing for us we would get 15-20 calls a day. Now we have to file bankruptcy because our creditors are taking us to court. Excess Debt has taken $2100 from us and did nothing in return.
