Made order, recieved confirmation, company charged my credit card, but item was never shipped. Whenever I checked my online account, Order Status was always "Processing". Wrote 2 e-mail messages on their online form asking about when they will ship (& to provide tracking #) and to please answer me back ASAP, but they never replied. It has been well over a week & I am very suspicious of this particular company.
