executive auto leasing of south florida mercedes deals on wheels bught a 2007 corvette advertised "meticulously kept" like "showroom quality" and full warranty. what i got is a car with stolen parts an no warranty boca raton, Florida

purchases 2007 blue corvette Z06 with Z51 sport package with 13,550 miles, advertised on ebay with full warranty, showroom quality, just like new, "meticulously kept".

purchase price of $32,750.00.  mr. craig hallman @ executive auto leasing of south florida said he purchased the car in californiaand took it to florida and that both him and his father have driven the vehicle.  in fact, he did not buy it in california. he purchased it from someone in florida.  now he says he just advertised it for someone and that he only made $4,000.00 on the deal.

i did not use paypal but rather the seller(craig hallman @ executive auto leasing of south florida) requested i wire the money to him. 

had the car shipped to me in arkansas. when i received the vehicle it has a broken electronic entry key, controls on steering wheel do not operate, the rear end roars and is leaking oil, the cruise control does not work, tires are the wrong ones and have no wheel module sensors.

the computer belongs to a 2008 corvette Z06 which had been reported stole. the vehicle was impounded by the arkansas police.

the electrical has been cut and taped under the dash, the abs light is on, the differential contraction control light is on, the radio is locked up and the right airbag light is alarmed. 

this vehicle has been converted from an automatic paddle shift to a 6 speed standard shift.  the vin number on the door and dash do not match the vin number on the computer component.

chevrolet will not honor the "full warranty" because the vehicle has been modified. 

i have contacted mr. craig hallman @ executive auto leasing of south florida several times and he is unwilling to give me my money back.  hired lawyer in florida as it appears this may be the only way i get my money back. 

it is my opinion that if this person was a "professional" and "honorable" businessman that he would want to make things right for his customers.  so far i have heard only lies and more lies.  

do not do business with executive auto leasing of south florida in boca raton florida.  they will rip you off just like they ripped me off.
