Well first off i want to say that i am not someone who did not get the job and is just writting this because i am upset. cause i thought that was the case when i read the other reports and didnt want to believe them.

 but IT IS ALL TRUE!!...When i first arrived  i was going in for an interview with "Sara", i got called back for the second interview the next day . Which was 2 hours about ,with a guy named Neil in a grey suit that didnt even fit right, and in this second interview  there was about 15-20 people that were all in the room aswell.  During this "meeting" he kept CURSING and stating that "IF YOUR CALLED BACK" this is what you have to look forward to. blah blah blah.. alll bull s**+***.And his reason for cussing was due to "lighten the mood and not be so serious" After the second interview i was called back into their office (saras office)and me and 4 other people were told we got the job and come back tomorrow for another 2 hour meeting that we all did not getting paid for(later i found out).

So then i come in today (third day ,Friday) and have the 2 hour meeting and this is when they tell us all how we get paid, ****BY SELLING PERFUME!!!*** YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR TRAINING AND NO CHECK UNLESS YOU SALE BOTTLES!!&&not even good kind , its the knock off kind (very sexy ,victoria secret,ed hardy ,) stuff like thats,that doesnt even smell good or even close to the orig. kind , they charge $26.00 plus $2.00 tax plus $2.00 processing fee. HA!!!....rip off !!!....

They tell you that you will be a branch manager and you will have your own office and all this stuff , they are brand spanking new company to AZ and starting off the new company and need test rats to help the business and tell them after they are done they will be managers and get to train people. and some major clues that added it all up. **********

1. they dont have proper business cards, they dont even say anyones name on them and are they crappy paper ones, 2. they do not have a fax, they say its broken,3.they have absolutley no paperwork with their name on it.4.the building that they are using is being rented by them. so obviously they do not plan on staying there  too long.5. There name is not even on the building and or on the doors walls anything at all. 

 (((The main reason i wanted to do this was i know the economy  is horrible right now but this is B.S to put an add on craigslist and say "we will train you to be a manager no experience " when really  the add should say " Sale Perfume!!work off comm. base only and maybe well keep ya later to be a manager"....Their add was soo missleading and so wrong , nothing that i thought it was and it was totally a waste of gas and time for nothing . If i was driving from Phx or East Mesa i would very upset at the gas and time from point A to B)))

I just think this is not fair and really wrong when you have people that are trying to find a job and trying to make a living when you have companies like this that are stating wrong adds and facts to get people to come in . its not right and not fair. They interviewed about 160 people /phone calls and emails per day . they only called back about 35. Then only kept about 10 well there was 9 in my class today that showerd up .

Its just really upsetting that things like this happen , if i wanted to sale perfume i would go work for Dillards invthe mall or something ..But mainly i guess for all those people who do read this .. just look for these clues and take mine and the other people who have written reports about these guys. and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS !!! cause this job is strickly Commission pay only from selling perfumes... So good luck .!!!! they will not go into detail and not tell you much right off the bat and be quick with you so be carefull.
