Exhaust-catalytic Exhaust Distributing Sold a catalytic converter to me. Item is fault and cannot get anyone to contact me about the 5 year warranty. New York

I bought a catalytic converter from them on 11/10/16. I recently had a engine check light come on. Took auto to a Tech that read my fault code. Was told it was a faulty converter. Have emailed and called many times with absolutely no response. They are selling all over on E-Bay and state a 5 year warranty.
Am trying to file a warranty claim but No One will return my requests via email or messages. When I call, it states, enter the extention or hold for a opererator that never comes on. Not sure if it is recording my message or not. Scam??? PLEASE HELP!
