It was interesting to hear your report and thank you for being so thorough with all your contact with Cheyenne Crow. I hope one day they will be brought to justice.

I knew neither Cheyenne Crow or David Bychkov, but invested in 1-900-Jackpot, Inc which was lead by Brian Fisher who was President of the company at the time.  It then changed hands and company names as it went.

I received a certificate for common shares from 1-900-Jackpot and then a certificate for common shares from Exmocare, Inc which was handled by a company called Computershare. I haven't received anything since then and now know why.

I have tried contacting Phone numbers given on different internet sites, but to no ends simply get nothing or an awser phone to no where.

I too would like these people to be brought to justice. I did learn my leson though, If it is sounding to good to be true, It probably is to good to be true.

My personal story of how Cheyenne Crow, (aka Hurben Wallace Crow) and David Bychkov and Exmocare duped me (and lord knows who else is out there...):

I've read with great interest the many, many posts from individuals who have been taken advantage of by Exmovere, LLC, Cheyenne Crow, (aka Hurben Wallace Crow, Hurben Crow), and Exmovere, LLC president, David Bychkov.  It appears to me that these individuals are claiming internet fraud, bait and switch tactics, coersion and theft to name just a few of the criminal conducts they were exposed to by these people.  My own personal experience began in 2007 when Hurben Wallace Crow (aka Cheyenne Crow) contacted me through Classmates.com.  Hurben (aka Cheyenne) and I were classmates at Patrick Henry High School, in San Diego, CA, and we were "High School Sweethearts".  Hurben graduated in 1972 (he is 57) and I graduated in 1973 (I am 56).   Not only was I surprised to receive a communication from Hurben (aka Cheyenne) Crow  38 years after we had last seen one another, but the nature of the communication was extremely, shall we say, "fishy".

In the Classmates.com "message" he went on for paragraph after paragraph about how he was working for the DOD on top secret projects, he was involved with NASA on top secret projects, and, oh, by the way, he was "divorced from his wife and had four children he was forbidden by the Court to see".  He stated in this "message" that his wife had inherited "millions of dollars" from her parents and had paid off the attorneys and the Court so that she had full and complete custody of this children.  I felt uncomfortable with what was at this time, a total stranger, telling me such personal and private information.  But in retrospect, he was "setting the stage" for his ultimate play.  I kept up the correspondence because my woman's intuition told me that something was up, and I tend to follow my intuition.

During the course of the four years we communicated back and forth (we did not visit with each other), he told me the following via e-mail (we spoke perhaps only 4 times total);

1.  He worked for the Department of Defense on top secret projects around the world;

2.  He was working directly with NASA;

3.  He was very, very wealthy;

4.  He had invented (with others) products that are called:  The Chariott, Turnstile, Red Fury, Exmobaby Pajamas, and others and they would be on the consumer market "immediately".

In almost all his written correspondence from 2007 on he claimed these products were "on the verge of being distributed" and he was going to be phenominally wealthy.  He also claimed, repeatedly through that time period, to be e-mailing me from Afghanistan where he was on "secret missions" for the U.S. Government.  "Riding horseback through the mountains",  "with sand in his teeth and his clothing", etc., etc.  Well, by the time he started in with those stories I kept him stringing along just for the fun of hearing his tall tales.

I had already contacted his wife and she had advised me that he was not what he professed to be.

While I knew the ExmoCare (at that time Exmovere was called "ExmoCare") company was real, or at least I thought I knew that, I also knew it's stock wasn't worth much.  But, I invested a minimal amount anyway.  To be honest, my broker told me not to invest, she called it "penny stock", "a sure looser", but I overrode her advice because it was such a small amount that I figured if the company were real, I really might make a few dollars.  When I told him I had purchased a few shares he berated me for going through my broker, said I should have gone directly through him for a "better deal".

I did a little digging (belatedly) with Google and found that ExmoCare, one of the the original companies before Exmovere, had also been; 1-900-JACKPOT, and other companies.  And the so called valuable stock I had purchased was worth about one penny on the dollar.  I confronted him with this information and he wrote to me, ...."I'll have someone give you preferred stock in Exmovere, bla bla bla"...  Of course I retain the many e-mails in which his comments are made.  I chose to close my account with his company and end all dealings.

During this same time period he wrote and asked me for money for an attorney to go to court for visitation, and he e-mailed me an emergency note once with his mortgage loan number, asking me to directly deposit funds into his mortgage because "he was in Afghanistan and couldn't do any financial transactions" and that he'd pay me back "just as soon as he was back in the States".  These requests comming form a supposed "millionaire".  Well, by this time after waiting almost four years for his company to come out with the products they consistently claimed were "on the verge" of being marketed, it dawned on me that this whole Exmovere/Exmocare/Jackpot 1-900 scheme was working quite well for Hurben (aka cheyenne) Crow and David Bychkov, but that I had been taken for a ride.  And I wondered to myself, if he would do this to me, who else has he conned?

To date (four years later) none of the so-called inventions have been put to market.  So far (four years later) I am finding all these women and men on line who have been scammed by Hurben Crow (aka Cheyenne Crow), David Bychkov and Exmovere, LLC out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and as of today's date (almost FIVE years later) I found on the internet a page Hurben Crow, aka Cheyenne Crow has built a web site for himself under the guise of an inventor of Exmobaby Pajamas.  If you google CheyenneCrow.net, you will see that in my humble opinion, he and David Bychkov have once again begun to use the internet to stalk potential investors to secure their money and then use it for personal gain.

Hurben Wallace Crow (aka Cheyenne Crow) admitted to me during one of our few telephone conversations that he was going to make me "so much money that I'd have to put it in some kind of off shore bank account".  I believe this is illegal?  I guess an attorney would have to address this issue.

I have in my possession almost 800 e-mails, most of them regarding his involvment with David Bychkov and Exmovere, LLC.  At one time, he also had the audacity to send to me via internet an unsolicited lewed photograph of himself.  Disgusting, he kept telling me it was "art".  And yes, I kept that as well, if law enforcement need verification.

After reading all the postings on this site, I am now aware of the full extent of the viciousness of Hurben Wallace Crow (aka Cheyenne Crow) and his partner David Bychkov.  These postings are true and correct and I will be happy to discuss all or any part of my dealings with Hurben Wallace Crow (aka Cheyenne Crow) and David Bychkov with law enforcement, the FBI, people seeking the truth.  I can be contacted through the Cheyenne Crow Victim Hotline which is outlined in other postings

And as an aside, David Bychkov has spent a minimum of $385,000.00 of his investors hard earned dollars on hiring his staff on-line, accountants, lawyers, programmers, they do not have an actual staff, they use only hired guns.  Did they ever have a real lab?  Did they ever have a real staff?  Was ANY of this real?

Beware of Exmovere.   BEWARE. BEWARE.
