Expedited Passports and Visas Did not deliver their services and were rude. Boca Raton, FL Internet

I sent in my money to get my passport. I verified with them all that was needed. Then after two weeks, I had no phone calls and then they told me that I did not have all the paperwork, despite the fact that I asked them multiple times what was needed. Then they told me that the lack of required documentation was my fault and they were "eperienced" professionals. So not only did they take my money and proivde no result, then they added to the problem by balming me for the lack of wuality service provided.
