I expected to get free credit report annually. and Experian asked me to give credit card information in order to verify/protect ID fraud. Thus, I paid 1 dollar to get my information. I was surprised they claim I was willing to be their membership to take my 21 dollars away monthly without my knowledge. I am deaf and i was unable to call Experian to cancel without my video phone it is in my home. I asked my bank to help call experian. I was upset Experian rejected to refund first month fee..
