Exportadora Camps - 4billinfo.com 3 monthly credit charges and 1 debit on citibank visa Internet

Just noticed 3 weird EXPORTADORA 2 charges of $146. and one for $146 on my citibank drivers visa card and one debit. After calling citibank and not being able to understand what the person I was reporting to was saying, and I did punch in 1 for English, they said they would dispute the charge. I wanted to know the third party where this was done and was told it was a subscripton service. I have no subscriptions.

After many calls to them and nothing back in the way of info, it did get assigned a Case # and I talked to a woman who could understand me and I her. Half of the facts weren't even written down. I had called citibank the month before to see what my minimum payment that month was and was told by a "robot" that there was a credit that month.

I hadn't returned anything, so I assumed in my busy life that I made a click to pay payment and therefore, made no payment. Well, it was the debit Exportadora made and then I had late charges and my interest rate went to 19.990 and all of my drivers edge credits were voided.

This is still not resolved, but I am not finished. They will have to help me file reports with the credit bureas. To top all of this off, these charges were one in April and two and a deibt in May.

Yesterday, I came home from work and had a letter from the U. S. Customs and Border Protection saying the CBP had interdicted a package addressed to me that contains controlled substances. My husband called the number in the letter and they said it came from the Panama. MAURITIS is where citibank said the charge originated, which is a country in Africa. I have never bought meds online except from the insurance company where I work and to top that off, my husband takes a lot of meds and I take nothing.

This is all so strange and scarry that they have my name, but my name is on my pictured citibank visa card. Please advise if anyone recently knows any more. The info on my billing statement said EXPORTADORA CAMPS 840-505968040 MUS and the debit they did had WWW.4BILLINFO.COM 840-505968040 MUS.

I know citibank can find out the link back, but I really do want to know what is going on.
