SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!! AVOID DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL COST!!

I was looking for a car to buy through the action. I've heard of this dealer from good friend of mine and I thought to give it a shot. But whole transaction turned to a nightmare with these guys.
Similar "dealer" services are being provided from almost any dealer for around $250-$300 and I have a number of people that could of done them for me. So, when I talked to Alexander Ponomarenko(Expotrade, Inc rep) about purchasing my vehicle, I specifically said that I wouldn't pay more than $300 for such services, and he said: "Yes, that's what I charge for it". After wasting almost entire week with him looking for a 07 BMW, we finally find it on the www.ove.com auction. I have agreed to buy it, and guess what??!! He said that he would charge $500 for these services, because transaction is over $8,000(which he knew it will). Vehicle needed to be delivered from Atlanta, GA to Boston, MA, so the shipping costs through the auction were $635, and he said that he could get it for around $450 through his carrier. Of course I've got quite frustrated, but I've had no other choice other than moving forward as I've wasted a week of my time on this guy. So, I said that it's fine, but I'll pay no more than $900 which will include your services + delivery via carrier. He's said ok.
He called me next day saying that he couldn't find carrier cheaper than $500 to ship my vehicle, offering him either going and get my vehicle from Atlanta(about 1100 miles) or ship to New Jersey and drive it from there. Either way he wanted to bait and switch me again, asking for extra money for delivery. Of course I've refused and told we'd stick to original plan. So he said that he would take care of it, and I've a letter from him in writing stating that he would deliver it via carrier within 7-11 bus. days(which is a lot!!!).SO, after two weeks not hearing from him I've called him to find out where is my car, and guess what??!! It was still in Atlanta!!! I was shocked!! I've demanded $500 back(of course All this time I was renting a car for 2 weeks, which is another $500). I've called to one of my good friend buddies, and he found a carrier form me within 2 days.
I'm Russian myself, and sometimes I regret that these kind of idiots from my native country trying to do business in similar old-russian-mob way. These type of idiots are creating bad reputation for Great Russian people.
People, AVOID these crooks at any cost!
