Express ,expressfashion.com And World Financial Network National Bank I paid the credit card in full, they claimed I didn't! My credit has taken a severe blow. I am OUTRAGED!! Gahanna, Ohio

I made a purchase of about $70 on an Express ExpressFashion.com credit card. This credit card is through Express (a clothing company) and it is issued by World Financial Network National Bank. I paid off my bill immediately after checking it online.

I recieved no statements, but I always stay on top of things! I paid with another credit card online ( a VISA ). I had the VISA company call World Financial Network National Bank and comfirm my payment over the phone. I submitted reciepts (my statement from the VISA company).

They still denay I paid the card! Due to high interest rates, I now owe them over $200! Please, HELP!!!
