Express Delivery Center they sent me an e-mail saying they were sending a free lap top just pay for shipping 28.95 They sent a peice of juck it didn't work my grand daughter was very up set they are crooks!! Lexington Kentucky

express delivery center are crooks they will just rip you off!! they sent an e-mail saying that they would sent us a free lap top just pay the shipping charge 28.95 the toy lap top which they didn't say toy was a piece of junk it did not work!! my grand daughter was very upset, we gave it to her at christmas since it was a toy she is only four years just try to explain why santa would give a broken toy that can not be fixed. they need to be stopped!!
