I received one day in the mail a credit card from Express Gold Card and was wondering when did I apply for that. Sat it aside to address at a later date.

Checked my bank account there was a overdraft for a deduction of 9.95 for a comany ACH Debit Cubis 8005907929. I was very upset because I did not give them permission to withdraw money from my account.

I was online doing a pay day loan and a bunch of windows popped up leading you to different sits confusing you to thinking you are still on the site you first pulled up.

When I called Express Gold card company spoke with a lady named Nancy who told me after i asked for a refund that she would put the request in but I might not get it back. I was appalled, she told me I did give them permission when I clicked on a box. I told her I was not even awar that I was even on their site.

What I did find out is when you do some payday loans to get to continue with the payday request you have to fill out the next popup or you are not allowed to continue. But the sit looks like you're filling out the information for the original site you were on.

I am still waiting to see if my money will be refunded but she said I will not know the answer to that until the end of the month, that I would have to...wait...on the...panels decision...as to whether or not they will refund...my money...they stole...from my banking account. Ha, go figure.
