For the most part of a year, I have called, sent letters and reuturned information ie; Bill to Express Toll Service Center for a billing to a Doug Peterson. Mr. Peterson has NEVER lived in Idaho nor at my address, in fact he is a former son-in-law, that is a liar, cheat and thief.

I am to the point of filing a formal complaint with Colorado State Attorney Generals office, to get these people to stop sending Doug Petersons bill for tollsto our home. A quote from one of the people working for Express Toll Service, "well thats the address we have for him, so you will continue to get the bill". I am thru with these people.
