Sundy makes consistent threat after threat to shut us up. lie after lie when we have proof things have happen including license plates and documented time of disturbances. We've tried to play nice, but we've had enough of her threats. She is consistently on the defense and extremely hard to do business with. Nice at first, but once you sign the contract it's like you have just handed over your life and she pulls the strings. When she says jump-you better ask how high...or she'll call the cops on you, perhaps sue you. About every other sentence is a small jab to belittle you and try to scare you into thinking she is doing you a favor. This is advertised as a home tending service with model furniture and professional tenders to help sell your home. We expected this service but got the opposite.
Beware and read the contract over with your attorney before signing. We would hate to see this happen to the next person in dire straights to sell their home.

Her name is Sundy Peak

AUTHOR: nowaysundy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 10, 2010

I am another one of her former clients, Karina Spencer. Her and her boyfriend have been evading our process server, but they have recently moved to a new home and we'll catch up to them soon. I've thought about dropping our suit all together, as we'd have to get in line behind other entities that are already suing them. I imagine it's just a matter of time before they disappear into the night.

Her hapless boyfriend Jason (who has since had his real estate license suspended per www.irec.idaho.gov/licensee-search.html), talked us into their business scheme when he was trying to sell my home. They left my home trashed, unsold, and put a home tender in the house that could never provide proof of insurance. Sadly, Jason seems like a nice, capable, man-I hope that he's able to discontinue business with Sundy PEAK before it's too late.

Sundy PEAK is not Sundy Provencio. There is no record of a marriage through the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, or Washington for Sundy Peak or Jason Provencio. But, with 21 different charges on her rap sheet ranging from providing false information on a police report to a forgery that resulted in prison(!) time-I'd want to use a new name too. You can validate this information at www.idcourts.us. While you are there, make sure to check into the 3 judgements that "Exquisite" Home Tending has already received.  With the felonies on her record, there's no way that Idaho would give her any kind of license. Neither Jason nor Sundy have any sort of license to operate in the real estate industry and have found a loophole to continue fleecing people (www.finance.idaho.gov/documents/compliancenewsletter_fall2007.pdf).

In my research, she spends most of her time coming up with online aliases (I'm sure that's her that's posted above) to belittle people under the guise of being a supporter or posting fake compliments to her business on various sites like Craigslist or tweeting heinous items on www.twitter.com/shitmychicksez. I've sold many homes in my lifetime and am a local businesswoman, I work with people from all over and I've never encountered anybody as abrasive and cruel as Sundy PEAK.

Google "Exquisite Hometending," "Exquisite Home Tending," and Sundy Marie Peak. It will provide hours of entertainment and a fair amount of insight. It's quite remarkable to see a small business actually inspire blogs and lengthy posts about how terrible they are. She's even listed two other times on this website.

Please, please, please do your research before getting near these people.

Unfair for this to be online, Exquisite Home Tending is a wonderful company

AUTHOR: Arizona Director of Exquisite - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 16, 2009

As a long time employee of this company, I am very proud to work for this company. I think it is horrible that this woman is doing everything she can to ruin Sundy's reputation. I think it is awful that she uses full names in order to committ slander. She has created fake twitters and email accounts and will not give up.

What we do is a very good service in helping to repair the real estate market. We make it so sellers can actually homes sold in this market. We protect homes from vandalism and we also put good people in homes that have suffered hardships such as divorce or foreclosure.

Sundy is a very sweet and caring person and does not deserve to be slandered online by this Jessie Cones anymore. We have seen proof that she has went on  our personal websites for the company and goes after us as well.  We feel she may be mentally unstable and too much time on her hands.

I think there is better ways of handling issues that arise and that the duplicate postings of the same report should be removed.

I think it is not right either that rip off report allows this to be posted twice, once is horrible enough especially when only God knows the reality of the situation.

I plan to stick by EHTs side and would really appreciate it if these postings were investigated further so people can make their own judgements about this company.

It is unfair to take food away from our families and from the other hard working people of this company, because one crazy lady will do anything to "get someone back" for an issue that clearly has been backed up by emails and police reports.

Rip off report, please look into this a little further so we can continue on with the good reputation that you can read about online.  We have many letters of recomendation from agents as well as homeowners we would be happy to share with your company to prove that this lady is not being honest.

Thank you.

This is the SAME CRAZY WOMAN IN IDAHO!!! Jessie Cones has been reported to the police for stalking and harrassment. A warrant is being issued.

The following you will find no opinions but facts that counter all that was posted by Jessie Cones. These are actual emails. THank you for taking the time to read this post.

Also, this woman has never been to Scottsdale Arizona, how she continues to lie and make up her own reality is beyond me. Charges have been filed against her for stalking and harrassment. Mrs. Jessie Cones has been sited outside my families private residence and my Home Tenders home.

You mentioned you were scanning the contract, but I haven't gotten it yet, can you resend it here if you sent it already, or let me know when to expect it if you haven't? I want to get a carpet cleaner in there tomorrow if I can, but I need to know we have the contract back before I schedule him, since we are paying for it out of Exquisite Home Tending's funds. Also I need to know if your son will have everything out for sure by tonight, the carpet cleaners will want it vacant by morning so they can clean them. Give me an update, thanks!

Hi Jason and Sundy,
I'm just checking in to see that everything is running smoothly. Our son went in and supposedly grabbed our belongings and put them in the garage. How neat he was is hard to imagine but my husband will be in town next week to remove the items from the garage.
If your Home Tenders could hold off on putting their car inside this would help tremendously. Just a few days longer, say Sunday, Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
This has all happened so fast with very little planning. So we are scrambling on our end to find storage and get the place cleaned out for your Home Tenders. I'm glad Dan's job gave him the ok to travel back to Boise, this way he can also be there to meet you and sign any paperwork to list our property next Friday.
As far as the leaves, you guys said you would take care of it right?
Oh, the garbage disposal does not work. If you know of a magical trick please give it a whirl. If not we can hire someone to come in and fix it. But please tell your Home Tenders to not use that side of the sink until we have it repaired.
Fireplace; I dont' think we used it once last winter so you may want to ask my husband about it.
Sprinklers; those were blown out in Sept/Oct.
Thats about all I can think of for now. If you have any questions please feel free to call us.
Dan

Sorry Jessie, I forwarded this to Sundy this morning but she had a LONG day, we both did really, wall to wall. I will pass this info to them about the garage, I am sure they will be very respectful about not touching anything and leaving plenty of space until Dan is able to get your things and put them into storage. They were going to take care of the leaves themselves, and we are paying to have the carpets cleaned tomorrow at 8am before she is allowed to move in. Made copies of the keys today, and I will be glad to meet Dan to sign listing paperwork on FRI, we'll met up somewhere, it doesn't take long. That's the lastest, and I will pass along the info on the disposal. The only thing I can think of on it is the reset button under it or if something is blocking it inside and is stuck, we'll see if we can figure it out, if not, we'll let you know and you can check into it getting repaired. Thanks so much!

Oh I'm glad you got my e-mail. I was concerned since that episode of where I sent you the contract one night and you still didn't have it the next day. So I'm trying to stay on top of things.
Have your home tenders put the utilities in their name?
One of the main reasons I asked about holding off on the garage is there are locks on the inside of the garage. Preventing the garage door from opening up. My husband will be bringing the garage door opener and the keys to unlock the doors with him.

This one actually shows she is happy...

Subject: Water Bill
Hi there, this months water bill is included. I tried getting a hold of Meridian to find out some info. but they didn't answer the entire day and now today they are closed as well.
Tell you home Tenders to just pay the remaining balance, it's only $8 and some odd cents. I know there was a credit from us-but that's ok your h.tenders have done a lot for us.:-)
If she mentions anything about the heat bill tell her I used to just hang out in the very front room with the door closed.
Have a great day.

Jessie C.

Ok, I forwarded this to Sundy, she will pass the info along to Monica, the home tender. I will keep you posted on anything new on showings and if we get an offer.
Thanks!

Jessie,

Jason forwarded this email to me and I must say that I am very uncomfortable with people looking in the windows of my Home Tender unannounced and unauthorized. This home looks amazing and there are two desks in the extra room near the garage and the house is always perfect. The home looks 200% better and is extremely clean at all times. The Home Tender is one of my best and I am completely confident that she has done nothing out of the ordinary. This home is one step away from foreclosure and we are doing everything possible to get a bite on it. I am going to ask you to stop sending people over to look in the windows of this home or any other contact with this home unless authorized by me, it is against our agreement and scared my Home Tender who is a single mother. This is a service that my Home Tender is paying for and she deserves privacy and a sense of safety. Also, if you would like to see the home or need something from it you must contact me so I am there. Unauthorized contact with my Home Tender is against our policy and makes her very uncomfortable. Also, there are no dressers in the dinning area, that is a hutch.

Jason will place additional flyers in the box asap.

Sundy,
I understand your concern for your business and your home tenders privacy but you need to understand our concerns as the home owners.

First of all, the first people to tell me about the suspicious behavior are neighbors and I can't stop them from looking out their windows nor looking out for the safety of our neighborhood.
Second it was friends of ours from out of town who stopped in to say Hi to us. They sent me an e-mails asking where we were and that when they saw the child seat or what have you in the kitchen and dressers and boxes in the dinning room they knew we no longer were occupying the house.

This house goes to the auction March 25th, what date do you plan on having your home tender out of the house? I do have stuff on my property and I do plan on either retrieving it myself or sending my son there to do so no later than March 21st.
I'm sorry you didn't say if the water bill has been taken care of.

Hold on I just reread my friends e-mail. My bad-- the dressers and boxes were in the front room. Which if you think about it is on the way to the front door, if the curtains are open, anything in that room is visible. Same goes for the kitchen.

I will be forwarding this e-mail to Dan as he too needs to know what is going on in his house and he also needs to know what date your home tenders will be vacating the property.

Thanks for your attention in this matter.

Jessie C.

Jessie,

Jason is negotiating your short sale so he will inform me when the Home Tender must vacate the home. I am not trying to be harsh with you but I do have to protect my Home Tenders privacy and ensure her safety. I would like to ask you to please tell your neighbors to kindly go about their business and leave her alone. I understand they are friends of yours but they are not friends of my Home Tender nor is it reasonable that they are looking in her windows. I am certain that if they took the time to introduce themselves to her they would find a very lovely young woman with a small child going through a terrible divorce and custody battle. I would think they would want to look out for her a little instead of scaring her to death and making her flee the home terrified. I have employees in the area that monitor the home on a constant basis and do weekly checks unannounced, I can assure you all is well.

You did mention that you do have items that you would like to remove from the home. I will be in Idaho for a week beginning next Wednesday to stage two 5,000 sq feet plus homes. I would appreciate it if you or your son could remove the items then.

Please keep in mind Jesse that we are doing this to help you, this house is being foreclosed on and we are doing our best to save you from that. I understand your attachment but I am asking you to let go a little, this house is gone, we are just trying to save your credit now.

Thank you

As you can see, stories change pretty quickly...

Sundy,
I most definitely don't think we are talking about the same thing here. Why and when was your home tender scared and felt she must flee the property? What neighbors are looking in the windows? I too don't want any of my neighbors peeking in the windows--it's none of their business. Now if they see something from their driveways, thats a different story. Tell her to call the cops for gosh sakes. Now if someone comes up to the front door asking for us, that's another thing and she can politely tell them we moved.

Dan and I are not aware Jason is working on a short sale. Jason if so please let us know.
Sundy my son nor I will be in town in the next 10 days, but one of us will be closer to March 21st. I'll wait til the very end of this ordeal to get my items from the property.

Thanks

Jessie

Yes, Sundy should have emailed you back about taking care of the $8 balance personally if you forwarded the bill or info to you. She had asked the home tender about it before and she was supposed to be taking care of it, but we would if she hadn't. I am in AZ until early to mid next week, then I'll be back in ID for awhile. We've had good action on the house, but no takers yet, I know it was getting shown today again. We may just want to lower it to a ridiculous amount to get an offer so you can get in all the paperwork you need to with the offer, again, both banks will not accept all that paperwork I have mentioned a number of times until there is an offer to purchase with it. Maybe we should go to $144,900. Let me know your thoughts, since the clock is ticking on it. Thanks Jessie!

Jason

Jessie, she has paid this. You and your husband were supposed to take care of this in December, I have it noted in my conversation notes he said he was going to that office when he was here.

Sundy M.Provencio

Sundy & Jason, If this water bill has been taken care of; than no problems. IF it has not then the water will be shut off on Tuesday.
Per our conversation with Jason and the water company, we said we would keep the water bill in our name, scan in the bill and send it to Jason.

We will not be responsible for any reconnect fee's if someone does not pay their bills.

Dan & Jessie Cone

It has been paid. If you choose to keep it in your name then that was your choice.

Sundy M.Provencio

THis NEVER STOPPED!!! The contract states the the Home Tender must place the bills in thier name. THis woman was bored, self concious or just plain mean.

Not a problem Jason, IF the young gal paid it in full the other day then maybe it was done after this Delinquent notice was dropped in the mail.
I sent Sundy all the prior water bills(this morning) that I sent you via e-mail since December 2009
Like I said earlier, if the bill was paid in full, than no problem. But if that outstanding balance of $50.00 has not been paid it sounds like they are shutting it off on Tuesday.
As mentioned to Sundy earlier, We handed over our $17.00 credit to your home tender.....so her first month was only $8.
We have had outstanding credit with all our utility companies for the past 10 years. Certainly you can understand my concern when I opened the Delinquent/shut off notice. I don't need a ding on my credit especially when we are looking at moving to AZ soon and will need to put utilities in our name.

We hope this can be resolved on Monday.

To whom it may concern,
After calling Meridian City today 4-14-09, they are now saying we need to fill out a form and your home tender needs to fill out a form. As stated before we have been given many different stories as to how this can be done. Today's version sounds very doable and does not require us making a trip back to Boise, nor Jason turning in any contract.

UPDATE: After not being able to find the form on Meridian City.org web-site. I had to make a 2nd call. Now we are back to exactly what I heard in December.
The form they want me to fill out simply puts the bill in your home tenders name. They charge her $20 and I'm responsible for the bill.
The 2nd option is having Jason turn in a copy of our contract with him and he would be acting as a property manager. Again, there is no protection for us. The bill stays with the home and since we are the home owners we are held responsible.
So basically for a lotta leg work, $20 fee to your young renter and leg work on her end---nothing will change.
I will mail her a copy of the water bill today so she is aware of the amount due. I will also fill out the form they have suggested and mail it back today. Listed below is the form she needs to fill out.

Jessie,

You are under contract to repair this house. I will be sending a repairman over to the home and billing you if you do not respond in the next 2 hours. There will not be a conversation about this, you have had months to fix the homes electrical and plumbing problems and have chosen to ignore them.

Sundy-you are instructed to do no such thing. Any repairs will be handled by us and you do not have permission to send a repairman. If you choose to have these items repaired you are responsible for these repairs. AS notified below we are moving back into the house due to hardship and our lease expiring. I will speak to our handyman today and let you know when he can come over.

Jessie C.

Jessie,

Again, I have a contract that states I can. The repairman MUST be there at 6:30 pm tonight or I will send someone else. I am not responciable for the repairs, again as stated in our contract. This home is going into foreclosure unless it is closed. I am obligated to inform the bank that EHT no longer occupies the home and the owner is returning, which will prompt the bank to change the locks and take posession of the home immediately.
Furthermore, I would urge you to stop emailing Jason in regards to EHT, I own it he does not. I will not argue with you any further about any of these things, a contract is a contract you may speak with my attorneys if you have a problem with it.

They don't know, because I've been calling them on a regular basis. But then again you wouldn't or shouldn't know this information because you only are part of EHT not part of the agency that is selling my home.
To be honest this house needs to sell or go to foreclosure. So your threats only push things along even faster and I can get on with my life. You have no idea how much of a favor you would be doing me.
I've asked for you tell me what needs to be fixed and so far you haven't told me. Months ago I've asked for the information to complete the 'form' needed by Meridian City Water dept that you so demanded needed to be set up. To this date you have not provided that information.
Also why we are at it, no-one contacted me from EHT asking permission to turn on the water outside for the sprinklers. Not even an e-mail saying 'as a courtesy we've attempted to turn on the water and this is what we've discovered.' I have heard from our realtor ( a separate company from you) that there is a section of the property not getting water. I can only hope there is no damage done to our sprinkler system and/or any water backing up under the home.
Lastly, I've kindly given you notice that we are moving back into this property and not once did you aknowledge our e-mail.
It is due to many unprofessional e-mails on your behalf that we feel can not continue business with you any longer.

Brad is calling you now. If you don't answer I will be forced to call our realtor Jason. After speaking with Meridian Water there is a possibility of a leak in the sprinkler line. This needs to be looked at ASAP. Brad will check for any possible visible leaks. If nothing can be found today he has been instructed to shut the water off to the sprinklers. DO NOT TURN THE WATER BACK ON. We will have this taken care of ourselves.

You are under contract to repair this house. I will be sending a repairman over to the home and billing you if you do not respond in the next 2 hours. There will not be a conversation about this, you have had months to fix the homes electrical and plumbing problems and have chosen to ignore them.

Per our conversation this evening June 9th 2009, we have mutual agreed to end this contract. Please send in writing the date the home tenders are moving out and the termination of our agreement. Also any issues of the house that you are aware of. Prior to today's e-mails we were not told of any issues from you directly. However our realtor Jason, from Harvest Realty relayed to me that the shower door, garbage disposal and sprinklers are not functioning properly. Not sure why I was not contacted directly by you so I can take care of the issues. Tonight you mentioned problems with toilets and electrical. You say you have sent emails, may I please see the transcriptions of these emails so I may have a record? I hope to find the house in the same condition it was moved into with EHT.

It has been brought to our attention that the sprinklers have been turned on without our knowledge. Had someone called me I could have walked thru what needed to be done. Of course I assume if there was an issue the water would of been turned back off. I sure hope that is the case. We called the water company today and last months bill had a usage of 50000 gallons. This issue needs attended to immediately which is why we had our handyman call you today at the number provided. I will alert him tomorrow to go head and look at the sprinkler issue. My concern is who is going to pay for this water bill? I guess that answer would be me even though it was you who turned on our sprinklers without contacting me the owner first.

I feel there has been a lack of communication here. Perhaps had you contacted me directly vs through my wife some of this could have been avoided. This did not turn out the way I thought. This service will not get a recommendation.
Thanks for you time and I look forward to reading the e-mails you claim to have sent. If you don't mind please send the tracking info that you spoke of earlier, that supposedly shows we not only got them but also read them.
Thank you

You are rediculous and if yuou email me again I will charge you for harrassment. Your wife is a lunatic and has frightened the Home Tender! NOTHING will be fixed in the home, you were suppoosed to fix everything 5 months ago!!! YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT! I will sue you for slander, which means false statements and acusations do not have if you EVER mention EHT again!

By the way, I have a LEGAL and BINDING contract on this home and you have been offically notified to stay away from it until my home tender has been moved. She has been informed to call the police if anyone enters the home or if you show up.

But we need to address a few things. First off, the repeated calls to my office from Jessie need to stop. I get emails on my phone every time I get an email and my office manager Tracyee says that Jessie is calling repeatedly, once to ask for the listing agreement, which I can't give to you unless Danny asks for it since my contract is with Danny and Danny alone, since he's the only one on title and on the listing paperwork. 2nd, she says Jessie is telling her all about the water issue, which I told you guys was resolved as of FRI. Then she said Jessie asked about when she was getting the earnest money back for the last deal that fell through due to Indymac taking so long. As I stated before, you DON'T get the earnest money back because we went past our contracted date. A month past or so. The buyers hung in as long as they could due to Indymac's slow pace, but had to find something else. We were not under contract with them after about the first month. Their agent might not have done the right thing by not letting them know it could take longer, but they were to receive the earnest money back and it stated that clearly on the earnest money release that Danny signed.

The complaint about the sign being on the side of the house or whatever is going on is fine, but just text me or something so I can let Monica know to put it back after she has your lawn mowed. I am sure that's all it is. Stopping in front of her house and driving by repeatedly is violating your agreement with EHT and is not going to be permitted. You gave EHT a 30 day notice I believe last week, and until that has passed, she has every right to be there and to not have Jessie driving by, stopping in front and talking on the phone and checking up on her. This is why she is moving out. I don't know why we keep having these issues with us having to repeat everything we've told you previously, but it's getting old and this will be over as soon as her new house is ready for her to move into. Again, should be today or tomorrow, but even if it took the whole 30 days, that's what you agreed to on your contract, a 30 day written notice.

I will do everything I can to get this new offer I am working on with the agent in my office accepted once they write it after Indymac sends that letter we're waiting on. But I am not going to deal with all these nonsense issues anymore. We will get this done and you will cooperate or I will cancel your listing immediately and let someone else start over all the paperwork with the bank. You WILL have to resubmit all new listing paperwork and new HUD 1's from title and provide all new worksheets with whoever else as your new agent. If you are planning to move back in next month as you stated previously, the bank will start foreclosure processes again, and I don't think you want to do all this work all over, I seriously doubt you'll be able to pull it all together starting over before they foreclose.

All communication from this point forward will be related to the short sale transaction and nothing else. You have a good day.

Jason lets focus on you working for us! You were hired to sell our property.

Can you absolutely tell me -you the realtor who has been out of town for a month or so did not drive by our house since arriving back in Boise to check on our property? The sign has been leaning against the house since at least Tuesday. It looks like it has been taken off the market.

Jason the hardest thing about this situation is you have mixed two companies, instead of looking out for the best interest of your client--you are fighting for your wives company.
Who are you working for? Us, Monica(the home tender), your wife or yourself?

Can you absolutely promise she'll be out in a day or two or you will cancel your contract??
Your manager mentioned if we are not happy with your services, we can cancel at anytime.

Jessie

Hey Danny, I just put 2 and 2 together and your repairman Brad called Sundy on WED, it's on her caller ID as Brad Thorpe. He called her a 'f-cking b-tch' on the phone at some point in their conversation to which she simply handled by hanging up rather then lowering herself to his standards of phone etiquette.

Just to be crystal clear, he is not allowed on the property until the home tender has moved out. Sundy will not allow someone who called her a filthy and foul name and verbally assaulted her onto the property when her home tender is still on the premises, it's a safety issue with Monica being a single mom with a little boy. Anyone who would refer to a woman in that way clearly has anger issues. Exquisite Home Tending chooses the service people that are allowed to be in contact with their home tenders and he is not to go near Monica.

If this water issue cannot be handled by myself or the home tender with instruction by you, then Brad may access the property once Monica is out this weekend. I can leave the key somewhere on the property or you can give him the garage code if there is one. I don't think this guy will want to meet me there face to face after calling my wife a f-cking b-tch. Thanks Danny.

Jessie, you are delusional if you think that this situation is any fault of mine, Sundy's, Monica's or even Danny's. YOU have argued and fought me every step of the way, questioning everything I've told you just about, and obviously have a hard time listening. I've had to repeat myself I don't know how many times and if it wasn't for Danny being a good guy and cooperative and helping me every step of the way with the paperwork, I'd have dumped your listing a long time ago. As far as I am concerned, he is my client, not you. I met with him the first time, dealt with him on anything that has REALLY MATTERED on this transaction and feel like I've had to babysit and appease you to keep you happy. I'm done with it.

As far as you questioning my best interests about being your Realtor, let's look at who has gotten you 2 offers on this home and has a 3rd one coming once that letter from Indymac has arrived. I am debating where or not to just cancel it on the spot, but again, Danny is my client and I will wait to see what his opinion is on this. Again, feel free to start over with someone else with the foreclosure coming, I've kept this alive by dealing with the banks and waiting until we had 2nd offers come through to let them know the previous had fallen.

Our home tender has put up with a LOT and you've violated so many things in your agreement with EHT, it's ridiculous. She is there to help, our company provides a FREE service for people like yourselves in need. Sundy took your listing as a FAVOR to me since I felt it needed help in the condition it was in. We don't take homes that small or in that condition, yours was an exception and it obviously worked with us getting you two offers and having 3rd on the way once that letter is in. I am not guaranteeing ANYTHING of the sort about her being out in a day or 2, that is Sundy's department, the contract SHOULD be on the way and believe me, after everything you have put her though, Monica wants out ASAP. She's not lingering to make you angry or whatever reason you seem to think she's still there for. We have a wonderful home for her that she's ready to move right into as soon as the contract is back from the seller.

Danny, you let me know how you'd like to proceed, I will not be answering calls, emails or texts from Jessie from this point on. If you wish to continue to get this new offer accepted and closed, great. If not, I will be glad to cancel it with your signature and emailed notice. You've been a pleasure to deal with and together you and I can this closed shortly. If you feel cancelling with me is in your best interest, I am fine with that, but my duty is to you and securing a 3rd and final offer to get this closed is something I'd still like to do. Thanks Danny.

Jason

Sundy
Sorry for the call on Sunday, I know how important family is. Since I was told the tenders were moving out by the end of the week I just wanted to touch base with you and make sure the garage door remote they had was turned over to you. I didn't have a chance to tell you that since you hung up. If you could have the garage door remote tunred over to our real estate agent that would be great.

Enjoy your day.

Hi Danny!

Of course everything thing will be returned to you as soon as my Home Tender has vacated the property. She is doing her best to move, she had to retrieve her child from Oregon this past weekend and we are waiting for the contract on her new home. I would appreciate it if you would keep your wife out of all dealings with us now and in the future, we have no interest in communicating with her any further. I actually received an email from one of her associates in Boise commenting on the situation! That is unacceptable and childish. I run a very large company and have no time for such nonsense and complete lack of etiquette. You have always been a decent person to do business with and I will only communicate with you.
I can assure you that Jessie will not be allowed any further information nor be allowed to communicate on your behalf. Have a fabulous evening!

Cheers!

This is the truly terrible part!!!

Jessie

Brad is calling you now. If you don't answer I will be forced to call our realtor Jason. After speaking with Meridian Water there is a possibility of a leak in the sprinkler line. This needs to be looked at ASAP. Brad will check for any possible visible leaks. If nothing can be found today he has been instructed to shut the water off to the sprinklers. DO NOT TURN THE WATER BACK ON. We will have this taken care of ourselves.

Sundy

Thank you

Cheers!

I want to get a carpet cleaner in there tomorrow if I can, but I need to know we have the contract back before I schedule him, since we are paying for it out of Exquisite Home Tending's funds.

Sundy I don't appreciate your tone. Please keep in mind I hired you! We choose to keep this bill in our name because of the run around we got from Meridian City Water dept. It's not that big of a deal and if you want I can always drop it in the mail to your home tender.

This is the truly terrible part!!!

Sundy

Thank you

Cheers!

As you can see simply by supplying all or most or the emails this woman just needs a hobby. We have obviously discontinued service and pulled the listing. EHT will be seeking damages for slander and harrassment at this point.
