Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I pre-payed $125 for mastering service a few months ago and was gearing up to send in my project. I attempted to visit their site and the whole thing was closed down. It's understandable that a potentially reputable company may be forced to closed down during these hard times, but to take money and NOT notify customers of such occurrences, is not acceptable. I tried sending an email and it bounced back. I tried calling their number and it's disconnected. I'm seeking a full refund of $125 for the services I never received.

Still waiting on my refund of $125. It's been a couple of months now since I was told refunds would be given out.

Been nearly a month since a rebuttal was posted stating that my refund was being processed for mastering services not received. I'm currently on a fixed income. Where is my $125 bucks??

Unfortunatly due to current economic hardships, the company Extreme Mastering has recently closed for business. All clients who did not yet receive the product they paid for, currently are receiving, or will be receiving their completed project or a full refund. Additionally, Extreme Mastering is not trying to scam or rip off anyone for any reason, but simply could not sustain itself in todays economy. The company website had to be removed from the internet so artists would not send in new mastering projects. If you are trying to receive an update on the status of your project or refund, please email ExtremeMastering@gmail.com right away. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are trying to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
