Mr Ruiz entered my vacant property with his workers and stole my backyard. He took all my pavers, tore out my plants, took the sprinkler timer, stole the bleeder screws, broke the pressure vacume breaker and took all the caps off my valve tubes leaving a mess of a stripped backyard full of trash. He then gets a job from the house across the street from mine in which he puts all my stuff in there backyard. He charges my neighbor $9,000.00 for the job and buys only white rocks. How do I know all of this? He is my son inlaw. After him ripping me off and destroying my property I want nothing more to do with him! The reason Im filing this report is because he ripped off 2 different people at the same time. He has a habit of selling used pavers. I think the world should know what kind of business he runs.

This report is absolutely false! Mr. Baysinger AKA my stepfather was letting his home go into foreclosure at the time. My mother, Mrs Baysinger offered to sell pavers and anything else my husband Mr. Ruiz wanted from the backyard. Mr and Mrs Baysinger later regreted selling pavers from their backyard after finding out Mr Ruiz was doing a landscaping job for someone else in the neighborhood. Mr Basinger wrote this report out of anger and jealousy not because he was "ripped off" Mr Baysinger is the one who should be labeled a "ripp off" he stole all appliances out if his home during foreclosure process. My mother, Mrs Baysinger has since apologized to Mr Ruiz.
