I contacted this company to repair a Neato (vacuum robot), I paid ($40) for diagnostic, I had to ship it ($20) with all the components (in case you decide not to pay more, so they could resale it as refurbished).  After diagnostic, I paid them another $160 for repair.  A month passed by and no updates; when I contacted them, their answer was they didn't have the part needed, another month passed and they still didn't have the part, another month passed and they received the parts, but they have work accumulated for 5 months!
