This guy Edward Livshits has done the same thing to me. I put money upfront for the car. The car has never been delivered. He refuses to pay money back.
How is this b*****d allowed to operate as a dealership. He must be without license. If you have a similar situation contact the:

Colorado Dealer Licensing Board
Take them to court and sue them as a general partnership.
