I went into the eyemart for my appointment on April 12 2012. I had a great visit with the Doctor Micheal G. Balgemann. He was very professional and helped me to understand my eye problem.

When I went in to buy frames I explained to the assistant that I needed 3 pair so I need the very basic plastic lens. She said ok and told me that she would give me the what I asked for . She ask me if I wanted the platinum package that would protect my lens I ask her if it is extra she said yes so I told her no.

She said my bill would be $512.14 I asked if that was the best price for the frames that I picked she said that is the best package. I tried several pair of glassed and decied on the three pair i wanted.

She made four attempts to sell me sunglasses I repeated that i could not afford them at this time. Jeniffer the said that it would would be cheaper if I bought them now and I told her my bill was at my    limit.

When I returned on the 13th of April I was waited on by a different lady I did not ger her name I waited exactly 15 minuets befor i was waited on it was busy. When she finnaly go to me 2 pair of the frames where what I expected although one of them had scratches to its frame is did not make a big deal     but the other pair was not what I order. It was important to me to have a pair for work and an extra pair for after work they were both black frames and the third pair was brown very close to one of the black frames in style.

I explained to the assistant that these are a different frame she ignored me and continued to fit them to my face making adjustments. I saw jennifer walk by so I told her that this is not my frame. she said she was with a client and I would need to talk to the lady in front of me.

After a few seconds of disscussing the frame she said pick another pair and walk off and started to take care of another customert.

I hurried and picked another brown frame and went back to the counter and stood for about 5 min. then i went over to her and  explained that I was on my lunch and had to be back at 1.

She said I will get to you when I finish with these people she was very rude raising her voice a couiple of times. I went back to her counter and waited. she came over told me to have a seat at a station where she talked very loud to me i guess to let me no she was irritated.

She finished me with me I thanked her and left.
