EYEPOTHESISTOOS computer The phn # was not theirs. Boulder, Colorado

I responded to a "free trial" offer for their product in January 2013.  I never received it and did not really think about until I saw a $78.41 on my debit card which occurred on 1/26/2013.

I tried calling the phn no. that was next to the charge and it was some very old man in N. Calif. that knew nothing about it, but said he had been getting so many calls he was going to have to get his number changed.

I contacted my debit card company and after about 2 weeks and many hours of talking to many different people they got me to their "Risk" dept. 

That is still an on going thing, all I get there is a recording to leave my personal info for them to call me back.  It could be a case of phn tag, but I am retired and home most of the time.

Originall my claim was for $268.24.  This involved 5 other curious charges to my card.  I was able to  personaly track those down and handled them myself.

I recently got a letter from the debit card company dated 2/05/2013 which stated that "their" investigation did not find any errors and denied my claim.

This is now 2/16/2013 and the number to call in the letter only gets me to the switcboard.

I will say that I have been issued a new card with my previous balance on it, but in the mean time I got 4 other cards in the mail.  I have closed all of those cards except the latest one.

I'm still waiting to hear from the "Risk" department.  I will not rest until I resovle this.
