For example they used an address I lived at 15 years ago but a phone number that I had 10 years ago but nothing present. They say I took the loan out in 2016. They have also threatened that my payroll checks will be garnished and there are court proceedings already in order. They say I need to respond immediately or else they will go forward! They have provided a Case ID#, a loan account number. They say a lawsuit has been filed.

I have received 2 emails threatening that a law suit have been filed, my payroll checks will be garnished and there are court proceedings in effect.
