They have sign at the entrance that you can park there for $5.00 with stamp validation. No list of companies which validation accepted, no reference like " inquire within for detales".  Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Hi, I would like to file rip-off complaint against EZ Park companylockated at 530 South Second Str. Philadelphia.
They have sign at the entrance that you can park there for $5.00 with stamp validation. No list of companies which validation accepted, no reference like " inquire within for detales". So i assumed that lokal vendors validation will be accepted.
I went to the Twisted tail restaurant right across the Abbot Squarw from the parking garage(509 South Second Str). I got my parking card stamped in restaurant and presented to cashier at EZ Park garage. I was told that they do not accept this restaurant validation. So I was charged $15.00 instead of 5. I consider it deliberate ripp-of. I attach picture of the ad at the garage entrance.
