EZ-PAWN ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more DUNCAN Oklahoma
*UPDATE Employee: EzPawn Only Refuses 'Bad' Customers
JAYNE the manager is a fraud and skrews everyone in the
process, and that girl who works with her EDITH is a hoar.
The last time i went in there they were full of customers,
so i patiently waited and when my turn came they told me
that i could not be served and that they could not help me.
So i ask why and they told me to (GO STRAIGHT TO HELL) !
Well then i just calmly picked up my goods that i wanted
to trade and left saying I'll TAKE MY BUISSINESS ELSE WHERE,and that was it. So much for the friendly atmosphere.......

#1 UPDATE Employee
EzPawn Only Refuses 'Bad' Customers
AUTHOR: Pitbull - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, January 26, 2009
As an employee of Ez Pawn for +2 years I cannot help but comment on the fact that as a Certified Pawnbroker no employee would refuse a loan to a customer for no reason. At the time you are discussing all employees were actually paid on a commission based salary, meaning by refusing to help you they were actually not making as much money. For an Ez Pawn broker, not to mention a store manager of a corporate chain of +180 stores, to refuse business to a customer that customer must have done a deed calling for such reaction.
Also, may I please point out that for you to come onto this website and call the worked profane names truly puts a thought into the back of my head that you most likely did not pick your stuff up quietly and leave, as you state that you did.
Either way, for those of you considering a loan at one of these stores, please understand that argumentation in a pawn shop is not uncommon. Often times we can happen to make customers angry unintentionally. How? Because we cannot afford to offer retail prices for used items. It is not uncommon for a customer to be asked to leave to store for screaming, threatening, or even attempting to physically injure an employee. Unless a customer has stolen from out stores though, there are no other reasons that they will ever be refused business no matter what gender, ethnicity, etc.
