I found an ad posted on Craiglist for Holmes Beach, FL. It was for a Sea Doo Jet Ski. I sent a request.  Several days later, I recieved notice that the percieved owner had placed the machine with the EZ Transactions and gave details on how it worked.  He told me to go to their website www.eztransactions.co.cc which is a 90% copy of the original EZ site but the registration form was missing. I told them I used this service before but they still sent an email with an explanation anyway, proof that they don't read anything you write to them. The "seller" said that I must send the payment directly to him and as soon as the payment is received, they will notify EZ TRansactions and they will ship the item. I know for a fact that EZ Transactions USES their own payment system, the registration is REQUIRED and they do not recommend sending the payment directly to the seller, that is against their policy. So be ware of Michael Rolland on Craigslist.
