Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After placing an order with Blinds Galore and receiving two different shipping dates, we like many others have found that we've been ripped off! Our credit card was charged and now the company is out of business. I finally got information on the company's former president Maurice Nieman. His voice mail says that he is no longer connceted with the company and all orders have been cancelled. He also states that he is sorry for the inconvenience - how big of him.
Everyone needs to log complaints everywhere possible and contact the Better Business Bureau along with your credit card company to dispute the charges.

Just want to let everyone know who used a credit card to purchase window treatments through this fraudulent company that if you dispute the charges they will be removed. It had been over a month since the charge appeared on our credit card and after a very short investigation by the card company, the whole amount was removed as well as any interest that had accrued.
This may be our only satisfaction is this matter. Hope all of you are as successful.
