Order Number: #1062256; January 21, 2019; Six boxes of contacts; Total $431.70

Their web page promises delivery in one week to 10 days. I was leaving on a trip in two weeks and needed the order. I made several emails and phone calls without getting a reply. Then they finally replied to some emails but wouldn't give me a shipping date.

After more emails that wouldn't give me a shipping date, they promised expedited delivery. Still no contacts. I finally canceled the order on March 19, 2019. I also canceled the credit card payment. Later that morning they emailed and said my order shipped regular delivers and I couldn't cancel.
