Ezfind Navsat GPS for Costa Rica Ordered, never received GPS mapping, cancelled, but the company refused to refund a $49 payment San Jose

Arrived in San Jose Costa Rica on a weekend in April 2018, ordered Navsat GPS Mapping for Garmin, nothing happened (i.e. no download) so I cancelled the order that same day. Days later Navsat responded that they do not issue refunds and to essentially "suck it up." Having no computer after leaving the Hilton Hotel I could not access or download from a link sent days later when Navsat finally woke up and responded to my order and subsequent cancellation. So I paid $49 for an item never received from a company that does not issue refunds. Suggest you avoid this company.
