Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have been being charged $9.95 a month since April 2005 twice a month for 2 accounts. I did not sign up for these, do not use them, but am sent some from some friends once in a while. There is no way that I can find on the internet to contact them and cancel and possibly retrieve my monies back.

If you just occasionally get a greeting from this site, how did they get your billing information and/or bank account information if the charges are being paid automatically by bank draft?
