I read the report from another user of this company and agree that ezlocal good at selling and promising everything to get you to sign up.  Up front fee with promise to refund 100%.  They say that they represent Google, provide written sales information that is strictly from Google, using the Google logo and name so freely that it just has to be Google.  Not so! 
 I wish I could connect directly with the first  business that complained about this company.  I agree that ezlocal is using the Google name to fool consumers.  Additionally, the business owner who previously filed a complaint had contact with person at ezlocal named Jorge. I too had multiple contacts with him and all he wanted to do is change the contract, upgrade, more money, more time, and more excuses.  Generally, they do not do a good job at customer support. Send faxes to him because phone call do not get their attention.  
 My guess is they want the up front fee to pay their commissioned sales force.  They will not take a credit card because that can be disputed and draw from bank account monthly.  Back to the "EZlocal Guarantee", they guarantee "maximum online exposure, optimized for local and market within 5 to 7 days".  It has been three months and are position is no better than before and possible worse do to us trusting in this Search Engine Optimization.  
 They promised:

  • To build a landing pages for my business to increase exposure.

  • Exclusive territory 15 mile radius.

  • maximum online exposure, optimized for local and market within 5 to 7 days

  • Return on Investment 8 to 1 for every dollar spent.

  • Correct listings or in their words "clean up the junk immediately"  24 to 48 hours.

  • Refund of initial fees if what they say is not as described.
I would definitely say not as described and spend a lot of hard earned dollars for nothing.

This is a Chiropractic Clinic and in a Google search for "BACK PAIN"  we don't show up!!

A complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau  and wish I could file one with Google.

I am a small business owner and I do advertise with on the internet through Ezlocal. I have nothing but positive results from this company. I believe that the Chiropractor that left the bad report a poor  business man.

When everything that the representative told me about advertising on the internet, he actually took the time to explain everything that I am responsible to do on my end that makes things work smoother for my business online.

I feel that this chiropractor may have stretched the truth on his experiences. IF he REALLY felt like he was taken advantage of then that is his own fault for not asking better questions.

I have a copy of the guarantee that NO where states that I will get back a full refund on my up front fee. It does state that if they should fail to provide services for any given month since they are NOT Google, they will suspend my billing....fix the issue then give me a choice of either a refund on the time I did NOT show on the internet and not be help responsible for anything else or continue with the program as is....!
This agreement is the agreement that I understand that EVERY business is given.

I also know that Ezlocal is affiliated with Google....if you search for "Google Partners" Google does a great job in explaining exactly who Ezlocal is...and recently I was involved personally in a web event that Google hosted at Ezlocal's home office. I do believe that it is also on youtube.  I don't think that Google would go through such a hoax if Ezlocal wasnt who they claim to be.

   For this in the post that "Back to the "EZlocal Guarantee", they guarantee "maximum online exposure, optimized for local and market within 5 to 7 days". If you do read that part of the guarantee that portion is for their own Ezlocal website and your companies placement on that site...it doesn't say that your Google or other internet placement will be available. Anyone who has ever had a website built knows that you do not appear on Google in that amount of time....Google has their own time limits when it comes to your online information showing...its all about your algorithmic responses from your information getting back to Google and Google then noticing it for movement.

Your information just doesn't get put on the first page like a post board...it take time and relevance. Instead of bashing a company that can help you maybe you should call your campaign manager and ASK questions and understand how the INTERNET works.

 "It has been three months and are position is no better than before and possible worse do to us trusting in this Search Engine Optimization"  well how many reviews do you have?? You have to throw some logs on the fire to keep the fire going or GROWING... that's up to you the business owner not THEM! And I know that if BACK PAIN is not a keyword that is important to your campaign...then why would you want it used..and if it is.,...then why not tell your campaign manager to use it...they don't know what you want until you tell them!
Before you file that complaint...look at your own actions...I bet you could have been a better client...I take responsibility for my own company...IF I want gold...I and only I have to dig for it, NO one is gonna give it to me!

Just thought people should know before destroying a great company!
