I won a judgement in court after presenting evidence of the company's misleading advertising and breach of agreement.
I had Bucklin do an appraisal for my home and he was very nice in the beginning until I paid the fee. After that, when I called for an explanation of some of the items in the appraisal he hung up on me and refused to complete the services in our agreement. There are many other good appraisal houses in the area, stay away from this one.
